Information:
We will leave SJB after B-Period on Friday. Change into training clothes in the locker room because we will be driving straight to the course for a workout – walk through.
Pack lunch to eat on the bus!!
We are staying in the Residence in Fishkill New York
SJB will be providing Diner Friday night and breakfast is provided by the hotel. You will need money for food after your race and for t-shirts if you want them.

Championship
meet ... Take New York State Thruway to Newburgh-Stewart Airport exit.
Immediately after toll, bear right onto Route 84 East, and take Route 84 East
to Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Immediately after bridge toll, take first exit, on
the right (Route 9D North, Wappingers Falls). Turn left onto Route 9D at
traffic light at end of exit ramp. Follow Route 9D North for approximately 5
miles. At fourth traffic light (including exit-ramp light) turn left onto County
Road 28. Bear right at fork in road. Turn right at end of road. Turn left onto
Scheafe Road. Proceed approximately three-quarters of a mile ... Bowdoin Park
entrance is on the left.
