A Typical Day at Woody's X-C Camp
9:00am Meet and take attendance. Then go outside to the track
9:30am Run to the park down the road
          Learn and do running form and speed drills
          Lean and do Active Stretches
10:15 Get into training groups and do the main workout of the day
          Cool down jog back to SJB
11:30 Lunch in the Air Conditiioned SJB Cafe
12:15pm To the classroom for Lecture-Video's-Learning
12:45 Back out to the track - Warm up routine again
1:00 Active Learning - Some Examples are:
          Strenght and Agility Drills
          Video Taping and Review
          Speed Work
          Core Work
2:00pm Pick up in the SJB Cafe

Coach Woods Objectives for the Week:
My goal is to give the young Athlete the tools they need to develop Speed and/or endurance, and to understand how and why those tools work. If the athlete understands WHY they are doing certain drills and/or workouts they are more likely to keep doing them. This way the athlete will be better prepaired for their next season.
